Load-Bearing Structure Design Services – Specialist Planning, Structural Planning In Accordance With Part 4, Section 1 Hoai 2021 - Building M4 - 6. In Accordance With Vgv 2016, The Planning Is Awarded Through A Negotiated Procedure With A Participation Competition. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Awarding Of The Remaining Structural Planning Services For The Renovation Of The Listed Former Post And Telegraph Office In Schwerin (Mecklenburgstrasse 4-6). In The Future, The Building Ensemble Will Be Prepared To Accommodate The Highest State Authorities. For Building Parts M4/M6, Extensive Preliminary Work On Structural Planning Up To And Including Lp 4 And Proportionately Lp 5 Is Available; The Contractor Must Fully Familiarize Himself With The Existing Planning. The Completion Of Lp 4 As Well As The Remaining Work Of Lp 5 Must Be Provided, Including New Preparation Or Revision Of Static Calculations And Structural Plans In Accordance With Test Notes As Well As Coordination With The Test Engineer. In Addition, Construction-Related Services Must Be Provided During Execution. Building Part M8 Is Not Part Of The Process. The Rlbau M-V Must Be Observed.
