The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of An Advanced Cybersecurity System For The Needs Of The Wrocław University Of Science And Technology. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Opz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Manufacturer, Which Does Not Exclude Distribution To The European Union Market And Ensures The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Order Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale (End Of Life, End Of Support, End Of Sale) Until The Deadline For Submitting Offers. 6.Cpv Code: 48730000-4 – Security Software Packages. 7.
