Due To The Successful Further Development Of The Kempten University Of Applied Sciences And The Associated Growing Space Requirements, The Free State Of Bavaria Intends To Expand The University Of Applied Sciences In Kempten In A 6Th Construction Phase (6.Ba). The University Campus Is Located In The Southern District Of Kempten On Bahnhofstrasse Between The Nearby Train Station And The City Center, Approx. 1 Km Away. The Newly Acquired Land Is Located Southwest Of The Existing University Campus And Only Slopes Slightly From The West (Immenstädterstr.) Towards The East. At The Southeast And Eastern Ends There Is A Significant Offset Of The Terrain Of Approx. 15 - 20 M From The Public Parking Spaces Below. In The Further Course, There Is Again A Slight Slope Up To Bahnhofstrasse. In 2024, There Was A Restricted Implementation Competition For Planning Services For Property Planning Of Buildings And Open Spaces With A Preceding Application Process. The Winners Of The Competition Were The Arge “Atelier30 Architekten Gmbh” And “Schöne Prognosen Landschaftsplanung”. The Winning Design Envisages Four Separate Buildings Of Different Sizes And Functions. This Should Serve As A Basis For Further Planning. As Part Of This Tender, We Are Looking For An Engineering Office That Will Take Over The Planning Of Engineering Structures. (Planning Sewer And Hydraulic Engineering, Infrastructure And Pipeline Construction)
