The Object Of The Acquisition Is Digitization And Mobile Heritage Services And Building A Database Within The Project Museum Complex - Historical Gallery Of Transylvania For The National History Museum Of Transylvania Cluj-Napoca. The General Objective Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Integrated Services For The Digitization Of The Mobile Cultural Heritage Of The National Museum Of Transylvanian History (Mnit), Which Is To Be Relocated To Its Headquarters In Florești, Cluj County, Called Museum Complex - Historical Gallery Of Transylvania, For The Purpose Of Inventory, Digital Documentation And Orderly Relocation Of Cultural Assets. For The Purposes Of This Project, Digitization Activities Represent A Preparatory Stage And Digital Support Of The Relocation Process, Providing The Necessary Tools For Recording, Documenting And Tracking Cultural Assets Before Their Actual Relocation. Digitization Services Aim To Achieve A Complete, Coherent And Controlled Process Of Inventory, Digital Documentation And Relocation Of The Mnit Heritage, In Order To Ensure A Unique Digital Record And The Orderly Transfer Of Cultural Assets To The New Museum. The Activities Will Be Carried Out In The Form Of Digitization Services. The Provider Will Provide, From Its Own Resources, All The Equipment, Software Applications, Materials, Licenses And Logistical Means Necessary To Carry Out The Activities And Deliverables Provided For In This Specification, At No Additional Cost To The Beneficiary.
