The Procurement Refers To A Staffing System (Hr) For Planning And Monitoring The Staffing Of Own Staff, Consultants And Salary Officers At Luleå University Of Technology In Accordance With The Requirements And Conditions In The Procurement Documents. The System Must Be Able To Handle Staffing Planning For The Entire University, Including All Departments And Relevant Support Functions, And Is Designed To Be Used By At Least 200 Simultaneous Users Without A Noticeable Impact On Response Times. The System Must Support Planning And Follow-Up Of Staffing In Hours And Kroner, Connection To Activities And Projects, Management Of Absence, Seniority Levels And Multiple Employments, As Well As Production Of Reports At Individual, Group And Institutional Level. The System Must Be Able To Be Integrated With The Universitys Finance, Personnel And Education Administrative Systems According To Specified It And Integration Requirements.
