Protective Gear - Transport Of Protective Equipment - Dbr I Procedure. The Contracting Authority (Ak) Plans To Create A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbr) In The Subject Supply Of Protective Equipment. Ak Makes The Detailed Information On Individual Procurements Available To The Economic Operators Admitted To The Dbr And Invited To Bid At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender. 1) Subject Of Public Procurement Procurement Of Protective Equipment, Which Includes The Procurement Of: • Earplugs • Protective Gloves, • Protective Footwear, • Other Protective Equipment (Including But Not Limited To Helmets, Hearing, Body, Face, Eye, Hand And Respiratory Protection Equipment, Fall Protection Equipment, Protective Equipment Accessories And Accessories) Required For Working At The Paks Nuclear Power Plant. 2) During The Entire Period Of The Dbr (36 Months), The Planned Quantity Of Procurement Was Determined Based On The Usage Experience Of Previous Years, The Actual Quantity To Be Procured May Differ From This. Planned Quantity And Quantity Unit: A Total Of 1,500 Boxes, 140,000 Pieces And 2,100,000 Pairs Of Protective Equipment Mixed / 36 Months. 3) Ak Uses The Protective Equipment In The Primary And Secondary Circuit Areas Of The Nuclear Power Plant, As Well As In Other Operating And Non-Operating Areas. 4) Ak Defines The Product Description, Detailed Technical Specification, Proof Requirements, Delivery Deadline And Prescribed Warranty Period Of The Products Related To Each Product In The Bidding Phase, Which The Bidder Must Accept In Its Relevant Declaration. 5) Expected Maximum Size Of Certain Contracts To Be Awarded Within The Framework Of Dbr In 36 Months: Planned Delivery 5 Times/Year Approx. 500 Boxes/Year Of Mixed Protective Equipment (Planned 100 Boxes/Contract) Approx. 46,000 Pieces/Year Of Mixed Protective Equipment (Planned 9,200 Pieces/Contract) Approx. 700,000 Pairs/Year Of Protective Equipment Mixed (Planned 140,000 Pairs/Contract) In The Bidding Stage, References To Hungarian Standards Will Be Included In General, But Documents Equivalent To These (Understand The Term Or Equivalent For All Standards) According To Other Foreign Standards Are Also Accepted, According To Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.) Section 46 (2) Based On Point B) And Paragraph (5), The Contracting Authority Also Accepts An Equivalent Standard If The Standard Is Prescribed. The Bid Cannot Be Declared Invalid Solely On The Basis That The Products Or Services Included In The Bid Do Not Comply With The Technical Specification, If The Bidder Proves In An Appropriate Way, By Any Appropriate Means, That The Solutions Proposed By Him Meet The Requirements Defined In The Public Procurement Technical Specification In An Equivalent Manner.
