Time Accounting Or Human Resources Software Package – Delivery And Implementation Of A System For Planning, Recording And Accounting Of Working Time With Integration With The Simple.Erp System And After-Sales Service Care Within A Period Of 36 Months. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A System For Planning, Recording And Settling The Working Time Of Medical And Non-Medical Staff, Along With Integration With The Simple.Erp System And After-Sales Service In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of The License, Implementation And Launch Of The System 2) Integration With Simple.Erp To The Extent Indicated By The Ordering Party 3) Transfer Of Documentation 4) Training Of End Users And Administrators 5) Providing After-Sales Service And Maintaining It For A Period Of Min. 36 Months 6) Performing Warranty Obligations, Including Removing Program Errors Under The Quality Guarantee Granted. The Ordering Party Requires That The Provided System Supports Issuing Leave Requests In Its Mpracownik Pro Application (Also In The Browser Version). The Number Of Simultaneous Users Of The Working Time Planning, Recording And Settlement System - 40. The Ordering Party Requires That The Entire Process Of Implementing This Order - Including The Supply Of Licenses, The Provision Of Technical Support Services And All Accompanying Activities - Be Conducted In Compliance With The Do No Serious Damage (Dnsh) Principle Resulting From Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 And Art. 5 Section 2 Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1 - Price Form. Annex No. 1A - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 2 - Proposed Provisions Of The Contract.
