The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Security Services For Persons And Property Within The Passenger Service Building Węzeł Sądowa Managed By Kzgm In Katowice (Bop Węzeł Sądowa), Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With Annexes (Appendix No. Qualified Physical Security Workers Referred To In The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws 2021, Item 1995) - One Employee Per Shift, 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week; 2) Having A Motorized Intervention Group, Consisting Of Two People Entered On The List Of Qualified Physical Security Workers And Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion (The Travel Time Of The Intervention Group From The Moment Of Calling Cannot Be Longer Than 10 Minutes); So Far, The Intervention Group Has Undertaken Activities On Average Once A Month (Information Resulting From The Currently Implemented Contract Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months). 3) Maintaining An Electronic System For Recording The Work Of Security Employees (Guard-Type Round-Trip System) And The Time Of Performing Security Services, Along With Archiving Data In Digital Form (Data From The Recorder Will Also Be Available To Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party In Order To Carry Out Inspections); 4) Provision Of Emergency Opening Services For Luggage Lockers At Bop Węzeł Sądowa. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Services 24 Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week, Including On Public Holidays, And To Ensure E-Mail And 24-Hour Telephone Contact With The Ordering Party Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform This Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law, With The Utmost Care And Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Rules. 4. For The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Employees Who: 1) Have Been Entered On The List Of Qualified Security Workers, 2) Have Been Appropriately Trained And Duly Familiar With The Internal Regulations In Force In The Protected Area And Have Undertaken To Comply With Them, 3) Have All Insurance Required By Law, 4) Are Trained In Occupational Health And Safety Rules, 5) Have A Valid Medical Certificate Confirming The Ability To Work As A Qualified Security Worker, 6) Have Been Included In The List Of Persons Who Provide Services Under The Contract For The Implementation Of This Order. 5. A Security Employee Providing A Service Within The Judicial Node Bop Must Be Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion (Handcuffs, A Baton, A Hand Gas Thrower), A Flashlight, A First Aid Package (Including, Among Others, Disposable Gloves, A Mask With A Mouthpiece, Scissors, A Dressing, A Tourniquet), Communication Means (Mobile Phone), And An Anti-Seizure Button. 6.
