Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Furniture for IGCP Musanze Office. Location: Musanze Deadline: Friday, 09/01/2026 23:59 BACKGROUND The International Gorilla Conservation Program (IGCP) is a coalition of three international conservation organizations (Conservation International, Fauna & Flora and WWF) which was formed with the mission to ensure long-term conservation of the mountain gorillas and their Afromontane high-altitude forest habitat. The programme operates in the three countries that share the habitat of the mountain gorillas i.e. Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya, and works in close partnership with the Protected Area Authorities of the three countries Rwanda Development Board (RDB) in Rwanda; Institute Congolais pour la Conservation de la Nature (ICCN) in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) in Uganda. IGCP received a 3 years One Health (OH)-based Prevention, Preparedness and Response (PPR) project in the Greater Virunga Landscape (GVL) to be implemented in Rwanda, Uganda and DRC in addition to other multi-funded projects. Therefore, to be able to accommodate the new staff in Musanze Office, IGCP wants to install the modern kitchen and procure office furniture for Musanze Office. In this regard, IGCP hereby invites sealed bids from eligible national, competent and reputable bidders who have Electronic Billing Machine, to submit their offers for this tender No 002/12/FY26. This call for proposals (CFP) is open on equal terms to all qualified companies fulfilling the requirement and registered in Rwanda.
