Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Preparing The Concept And Design Documentation For The Renovation Of Building No. 6 In The Książ Castle Complex In Wałbrzych

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services In The Development Of Design Documentation, Including The Concept, For Building No. 6 On The Premises Of The Książ Castle Complex In Wał-Brzych (Hereinafter Referred To As: Subject Of The Order).2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage I Is The Development Of An Architectural Concept For The Interior Of Building No. 6 In The Książ Castle Complex In Wałbrzych Based On The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Arrangements With The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. Based On The Presented Variants Of The Concept, A Final Study Will Be Developed Together With The Ordering Party, Containing The Optimal Solution Of The Concept, For Which The Contractor Will Obtain Dwkz Approval. The Ordering Party Provides An Inventory Of Building No. 6 Along With A Construction Expertise And Graphic Documentation Constituting Annexes No. 3A And 3B To The Swz. The Detailed Scope Of The Conceptual Design Will Include A Descriptive And Drawing Part Including Projections, Cross-Sections, Interior Elevations And Visualizations, As Well As Lists Of Equipment And Materials. 2) Stage Ii - Based On The Approved Concept From Point 1) Of This Section, Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Building No. 6 Located In The Książ Castle Complex In Wałbrzych. The Documentation Must Include All Necessary Studies In The Field Of Design And Cost Estimation In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, Technical Standards And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Prepared Documentation Will Be The Basis For The Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Renovation And Arrangement Of Building No. 6 And Must Enable The Ordering Party To Precisely Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of The Necessary Construction Works, Technical Infrastructure And Equipment Of Building No. 6 According To The Concept Approved With The Ordering Party (Stage I).3. The Scope Of The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Referred To In Section 2 Point 2 (Stage Ii), Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Design, Which Should Include: A) Development Of The Architectural Concept Of The Building, B) Land Development Design, C) Technical Drawings, Including Construction Details, D) Design Of The Building Structure (Including Renovations And Adaptations), E) Design Of Sanitary, Electrical, Heating And Ventilation Installations, F) Design Of External Installations, Including Connections To External Networks (Water, Sewage, Gas, Electricity), 2) Design Executive, Which Should Include: A) Detailed Technical Solutions Regarding Architecture, Structure And Installation, B) Full List Of Materials, Equipment And Construction Technologies, C) Schedule Of Construction Works, Taking Into Account The Stages Of Work, 3) Investors Cost Estimate, Including: A) Detailed Calculation Of The Costs Of Construction And Installation Works, B) Valuation Of Cons
