Work Detail

It Is Planned To Acquire Two Electric 2- Or 3-Axle Low Entry City Buses With Depot Charging Systems For The Vaasa Regions Public Transport, Lift. Delivery Time Target During 2026. The Acquisition Would Include A 10-Year Full Maintenance Contract For Cars And Charging Devices. The Planned Driving Performance Of The Cars Is About 65,000 - 85,000 Km / Year / Car. Cars And Battery Capacity 3-Axle Fixed Seats For At Least 47 Passengers And A Total Number Of Passengers At Least 90 People. In A 2-Axle, Fixed Seats For At Least 30 Passengers And A Total Of At Least 65 Passengers. The Battery Should Be Dimensioned In Such A Way That, Under Average Operating Conditions (+10 Degrees / 50% Load), It Enables A Driving Performance Of At Least 300 - 400 Km Without Intermediate Charging. The Maintenance Contract Would Include The Maintenance Of The Cars Battery So That At Least 60% Capacity Is Maintained Throughout The Maintenance Contract Period By Repairing / Renewing The Battery If Necessary. Car Maintenance The Maintenance Of The Buses Should Be Organized In The Vaasa Region So That The Transfer Run Is A Maximum Of One Hour. The Spare Parts Service Should Work In Such A Way That All The Most Common Spare Parts Are Available Within One Working Week From The Order To The Service Unit. Heating And Cooling The Bus Heating System Should Be So Efficient That The Cabin Temperature Is At Least +18 Degrees When The Outside Temperature Is -10 Degrees Or Less. When The Outside Temperatures Are Lower, The Cabin Should Always Be At Least +14 Degrees. In Order To Guarantee Heating, The Bus Should Have An Oil-Powered Additional Heater. The Cooling Of The Passenger Compartment Must Be So Efficient That The Interior Temperature In The Buses Stays At +22 Degrees During The Summer Until The Outside Temperature Exceeds +28 Degrees. In This Case, The Internal Temperature Must Be At Least Three Degrees Lower Than The External Temperature. Charging System The Charging System For The Buses Driving Batteries Should Enable The Cars To Operate According To Their Purpose, I.E. With A Reasonable Length Of Intermediate Charging For At Least 2 Driving Cycles Per Day. The Charging System Would Be Built (Stormossenintie) In The Summer Season Of 2026. The Supplier Should Participate In The Planning Phase From The Beginning Of 2026. We Want To Discuss With The Market Players The Purpose Of The Procurement And The Preliminary Minimum Requirements, Such As Purchase Object: Buses And Their Depot Charging System Maintenance Contract Period Length: 10 Years Fleet Requirements: Car And Battery Capacity Maintenance Services: Availability In The Vaasa Region Delivery Time: Buses / Charging System Sector Operators Interested In Procurement Are Asked To Register For A Market Dialogue With The Customers Contact Person (Pertti.Hallila(At)Vaasa.Fi) No Later Than 9 January 2026 At 14:00 In Order To Organize Two-Way Discussion Sessions. 15.1.2026 Between 1 Pm And 4 Pm As Teams Meetings.
