Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Care Services In 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Referred To In Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), Excluding Neighborhood Services, In The Place Of Residence Of Persons In The Dąbrowa Tarnowska Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 (Or From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract) To December 31, 2026. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services Referred To In Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) To Persons Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Assistance Of Other Persons And Are Deprived Of It, And To Whom The Ordering Party Granted These Services By An Appropriate Administrative Decision.3. Persons Providing Care Services Cannot Have A Criminal Record, Must Be Physically And Intellectually Fit, Without A Certified Degree Of Disability, Unless The Diagnosed Disability Does Not Limit The Ability To Work, Able To Perform Physical Work, Cultured, Able To Maintain Proper Interpersonal Contacts, And Undertake To Observe Professional Secrecy.4. The Care Services Covered By The Order Will Be Provided Every Day - From: 8.00-18.00 - Including Sundays And Holidays - For Approximately 12 People. The Hours And Method Of Providing Services Will Be Determined And Adapted To The Individual Needs Of People Under Care, Based On A Decision Issued By The Ordering Party. After Individual Arrangements, The Contractor Will Develop A Schedule For The Provision Of Services. 5. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Is Approximately 2,040 Hours (Two Thousand And Forty) In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026. 6. The Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Above Is Indicative, And The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Services Actually Provided.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Minimum Number Of Hours Completed During The Term Of The Contract, I.E. The Number Of Hours Completed As Part Of The Services Provided May Amount To 0% Of The Assumed Number Of Hours.8. The Hourly Dimension Includes 60 Minutes Of Providing Services At The Indicated Place Of Service Provision For The Beneficiaries, As Well As Handling The Beneficiarys Official Matters, Purchasing Basic Food And Household Products For The Beneficiary.9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Total Number Of Hours Of Services Provided - Within The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order, Therefore The Given Quantity Statement Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. However, It Is Binding On The Contractor In Terms Of The Amount Of The Unit Price. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Increasing The Total Number Of Hours, Provided That Their Number And Value Of Remuneration Do Not Exceed 50% Of The Number And Value Of Remuneration Of The Basic Contract.
