The Subject Of The Performance Of A Small-Scale Public Contract Is The Provision Of Voice And Data Services Of A Mobile Operator And Virtual Sip Switchboard Services For A Period Of 36 Months To The Extent Specified In The Tender Conditions. The Provision Of Telecommunication Services Via The Gsm Network Of A Mobile Operator Means In Particular: * Provision Of Voice Tariffs With Unlimited Calls And Sms To All Networks * Provision Of Mobile Voice And Data Services – Roaming, * Free Detailed Electronic Billing, * Maximum Availability And Reliability Of The Service, Guarantee Of Service Availability, * Customer Support Security - 24/7 Free Customer Line, Ability To Respond Quickly To The Clients Requirements. The Applicant Must Be A Mobile Operator Who Has A License From The Czech Telecommunications Authority To Provide Public Mobile Voice And Data Services, And Who At The Same Time Has A Mobile Telecommunications Network To Provide Such Services. Such A Network Must Cover The Administrative Territory Of The Capital. Prague And At Least 90% Of The Territory Of The Czech Republic. Delivery Of Any End Devices Is Not Part Of The Performance, The Client Provides These Separately. All The Technical Conditions For The Provision Of Telecommunications Services Listed Below Represent The Minimum Level Of Services Provided, Which Must Be Ensured By The Applicant For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Total Volume Of Required Services, Which Will Be The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Contract, Is Derived From The Current Number Of 136 Sim Cards And 10 Terminal Numbers Of Fixed Telephone Stations From The Range Of 234,611 Xxx. The Client States That The Total Number Of Sim Cards And Terminal Fixed Telephone Stations Is Not Constant And Will Be Changed During The Performance Period According To Current Needs. The Above Mentioned Volume Is Given For The Purpose Of Pricing The Offer. The Contracting Authority Requests That The Tenderer State In The Offer Favorable Conditions Under Which It Is Prepared As A Supplier To Provide Its Services Also To The Contracting Authoritys Employees And Their Family Members. Any Offer Of The Applicant For The Provision Of Services Within The Framework Of The Employee Program Stated In His Offer Will Be Binding And Must Also Be Included In The Contract. The Services, If Any, Provided By The Supplier As Part Of The Employee Program Are Not Subject To The Performance Of A Public Contract And Are Not Subject To Evaluation By The Contracting Authority. The Client Requests: Free Transfer Of Existing Sim Cards And Fixed Telephone Numbers To A New Operator (If Necessary), A Specific Proposal For The Number Transfer Procedure, Including A Time Schedule. The Implementation Of The Contract Must Not Limit The Operations Of The Contracting Authority And The Range Of Services Provided. Free Calls Within The Vps Network (Virtual Private Network), The Possibility Of Temporarily Disconnecting Sim Card Services Without Paying A Flat Rate, The Possibility Of Changing Services Without Activation Fees, Provision Of Additional Services For All Voice Tariffs - Call Forwarding, Calls To Voicemail, Signaling Of The Next Incoming Call, Call Hold, Conference Calls, During The Duration Of The Contract, The Possibility Of Handling Matters With The Suppliers Personal Sales Representative, The Possibility Of Blocking Some Third-Party Services Such As Premium Sms, Donor Sms, Etc., Voice And Data International Roaming.
