The Existing Premises Of The Long-Serving Theater Must Be Thoroughly Renovated Using Absolutely Necessary Measures And Brought Up To Date With Accessibility, Technology And, Above All, Sustainability, So That The Theater Can Meet The Contemporary Requirements For A Language Theater With Musical And Choreographic Representations. The Aim Of The Award Procedure In Question Is Therefore To Conclude A “Contract For Planning And Construction Supervision Services For The Renovation Of The Theater On Gumpendorfer Straße” (“Service Contract”) Between The Ag On The One Hand And The Bidder Ranked Highest In The Award Procedure In Question On The Other Hand. The Scope Of The Services Is Essentially Based On The Performance And Remuneration Models For Planning Services Of The Institute For Construction And Construction Management At Graz University Of Technology (Lm.Vm.). From Todays Perspective, It Is Planned That The Ag (Both In Terms Of Property Planning And Technical Equipment) Will Call For The Following Service Phases As Required: With Conclusion Of The Contract (Award Of Contract): Lph 5 Implementation Planning And Lph 6 Tender, Participation In The Award; With The Decision To Award The Construction Work: Lph 7 Supervision Of Construction Work, Lph 8 Local Construction Supervision And Documentation Or Specialist Construction Supervision And Documentation, Lph 9 Property Management. The Planning Services Are Carried Out On The Basis Of The Present Feasibility Study And The Draft Planning By Bubeleichhorn Zt Gmbh And Taking Into Account The Budget Approved By The Vienna City Council Of October 22, 2025. Certain Planning Services (Planning Of The Stage Technology) Are Provided By The Ag Itself. The Future Contractor (“An” For Short) Is Also Responsible For Coordinating These Services With The Client And Integrating The Client’S Plans Into Their Own Planning Services.
