Back-End: • Backup • Storage Including Fallback Location • Server (Migration) • Set Up Server Based Computing In A Clear Manner. The Following Ceiling Amounts Apply To This Assignment (Section 2.9 Of The Descriptive Document): - One-Off Costs: The Ceiling Amount Is € 240,000 Excluding Vat. - Structural Costs: The Ceiling Amount Is €600,000 Excluding Vat, For The Entire Term Of The Agreement (72 Months). The Maximum Value Of The Assignment Is €1,100,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Including Extension Options (Paragraph 2.10 Of The Descriptive Document).
