The Judiciary Is Looking For An Agency/Service Provider To Draw Up Hearing Lists For Journalism. These Are Weekly Overviews Of Upcoming Legal Cases In The Legal Areas Most Relevant To Journalism. The Size Of The Assignment Has Been Estimated, Partly Based On Experience Figures From Recent Years And Expected Future Needs. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Amounts To An Average Of €1.3 Million Excluding Vat Per Year, Therefore €6.5 Million Excluding Vat Over A Maximum Term Of 5 Years. To Prevent The Contractual Maximum Value From Being Exceeded In The Meantime And The Framework Agreement From Losing Its Effect Before The Intended End Of The Term, We Conclude The Framework Agreement With A Maximum Order Value Of € 9,000,000 Excluding Vat.
