MCA-Mongolia will consolidate all submitted requests for clarifications and will issue a Q&A document not later than December 23, 2025, by 5:00 pm, Ulaanbaatar Time. Quotations must be uploaded to the submission link specified in the RFQ Document not later than December 26, 2025, at 4:00 pm local time in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
