Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A New Domestic Violence/Gender Based Violence Shelter At Hulhumalé

Tenders are invited for Construction of a New Domestic Violence/Gender Based Violence Shelter at Hulhumalé To purchase the bidding documents in English, eligible Bidders should register with the Ministry of Finance and Planning, from 19 December 202515 January 2026 between 08:00 hours and 14:00 hours on all working days by: (i) payment of a non-refundable registration fee of MVR1,500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Thousand Five Hundred) or USD100.00 (United States Dollar One Hundred), through our online payment portal - Bandeyri Pay (https://bandeyripay.finance.gov.mv/), or by electronic transfer to a designated bank account, information of which can be requested through email to above given email addresses; and (ii) Once the payment has been confirmed, the Bidder shall be registered upon submitting in person or by electronic mail, the following information: (a) Name and Address of the Bidder (b) Name, Email address and contact number of the Contact Person(s) (c) Copy of the Payment/Transaction Receipt. 8. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 Hours (Maldives Time) on 29 December 2025. Details are provided in the Bidding Document. 9. Any clarifications to the project may be sent to the address in clause 6, on or before 13:30 Hours (Maldives Time), 6 January 2026. 10. A complete set of Bidding documents and related documentation shall be available from 18 December 2025 on the Ministry of Finance and Planning website www.finance.gov.mv for downloading. The Ministry of Finance and Planning shall not be held liable for any information not received by the Bidder, and it is the Bidders responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this invitation for bid. 11. Deliver your bid: (i) to the address above; (ii) on or before 11:00 Hours Maldives Time on 19 January 2026; and (iii) together with bid security as described in the Bidding Document. (a) Late bids will be rejected. (b) Bids will be opened promptly after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend. 12.
