The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Multi-Discipline Complete Design Documentation Based On The Attached Decision No. 16/2024 Of January 29, 2024 On Development Conditions Constituting An Annex To The Swz And The Basis Of The Attached Architectural Concept Prepared By The Danuta Jaroszyńska-Ziach Design Studio With Its Registered Office: 25-028 Kielce At Ul. Sadowa 7B Lok. 5 Under Agreement 12/2023 Of April 26, 2023, Along With Obtaining An Administrative Decision Allowing Construction And Providing Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled: Expansion, Superstructure And Reconstruction With A Change Of Use Of The Service Building Into A Multi-Family Residential Building With Services On The Ground Floor And An Underground Garage At Ul. Wiśniowa 3 - Design Documentation 3.3 Swz. The Order Envisages The Development Of: 1) Construction Design With All Arrangements / And Obtaining A Decision Allowing Construction Along With A Demolition Design; 2) Detailed Designs; 3) Energy Audit; 4) Report On The Assessment Of The Project In Terms Of Compliance With The Dnsh Principle (Do No Significant Harm) 5) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 6) Bills Of Quantities, Investors Cost Estimates And Summary Cost List; 7) Designing Solutions For Energy Saving And Technologies Supporting The Fight Against Climate Change. Note: When Designing, Emphasis Should Be Placed On The Use Of Energy-Saving Solutions And Devices (E.G. Led Lighting Fixtures, Heat Pumps, Photovoltaics, Bms) And Low Cost Of Use, Maintenance And Servicing (Especially After The End Of The Warranty Periods Of Individual Elements). The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Order In Accordance With The Design Work Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Annex No. 10 To The Swz Section. 7, Which Must Be Prepared Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Agreement. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 3.4 Swz. Developed Design Documentation Along With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates And Other Documents Listed In Point. 3.3 The Swz Will Be Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In The Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works, Therefore The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Described In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, Including Art. 99, Art. 100, Art. 101 And Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law (Without Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin.) If It Is Necessary To Modify The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Possibility Of Submitting Equivalent Offers For The Solutions Adopted In The Project, Due To The Indication Of A Specific Device, The Designer Is Obliged To Make Modifications By Specifying In The Design Or Specification Such Features And Parameters Of The Equivalent Offer That Will Not Constitute A Change To The Approved Desig
