The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Further Management Of Waste With The Code 16 01 03 - Used Tires (Agricultural Tires, Truck Tires, Industrial Tires, Industrial Tires With An Admixture Of Rubber, Shredded Tires, Bicycle Tires And Inner Tubes) In An Amount Of Minimum 10 Mg To A Maximum Of 25 Mg Through Their Recovery. Each Time After The Service Is Performed (In A Given Billing Month), The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver To The Ordering Party, Without Request, Documents Confirming The Recovery Of Treated Waste. This Document Should Be Issued Collectively For A Given Type Of Waste For A Given Month In A Given Reporting Year Within 7 Days From The Last Day Of The Month. Documents Provided To The Ordering Party Confirming Recovery From Treated Waste And Confirmation Of Completion Of The Transport Service In The Bdo Database Will Constitute The Basis For Issuing An Invoice By The Contractor.
