1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: A) Annex No. 1 To The Swz: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, B) Annex No. 1 To Opz: List Of Passages Of The Granta Access Control System In The National Theater, C) Annex No. 2 To Opz: List Of Controllers Of The Granta Access Control System In The National Theater, D) Annex No. 3 To Opz: Block Diagram Of The Access Control System Grant At The National Theater, E) Annex No. 4 To The Opz: List Of Transitions To The Expansion Of The Skd.2) Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Visited The Site In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of Work.3) The On-Site Visit By Each Contractor Who Submits His Offer Is A Mandatory Condition For Participation In The Procedure. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Complete The Mandatory On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected - In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. 4) The Date Of The On-Site Visit Must Be Notified And Agreed Upon With The Ordering Party. Contractors Who Want To Participate In The On-Site Visit Are Obliged To Send A Notification In This Matter Using The Means Of Electronic Communication Indicated In Point 10.1.1 Of The Swz.5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee - The Ordering Party Requires That The Guarantee Period Range From 24 Months To A Maximum Of 48 Months.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Contract Constitutes One Purchasing Category And Due To The Identity Of The Subject Matter, It Does Not In Any Way Hinder Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises From Submitting An Offer. Moreover, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Involve Excessive Technical Difficulties, I.E. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract And Could Jeopardize Its Proper Execution.
