The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Stage No. 1 Of The Reconstruction Of The Sports Field And Recreational Area In Brodnica Górna On The Plot No. 356/46 And 356/4 Rev. 0002 Brodnica. Moreover, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A Positive Decision From Pinb To Use The Completed Subject Of The Order.2. The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Program For The Development Of Sports Infrastructure In Voivodeships And Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture And The Budget Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship.3. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Demolition Works; 2) Reconstruction Of A Sports Pitch Into A Grass Pitch And A Multi-Functional Polyurethane Pitch, As Well As A Polyurethane Running Track And A Long Jump Run-Up With A Sandbox; 3) Construction Of An Outbuilding; 4) Construction Of Small Architectural Features, I.E. Stands, Benches Without Backrests, Waste Bins, Bicycle Racks, Solar Lighting; 5) Construction Of A Hardened Driveway Made Of Concrete Blocks;6) Construction Of Parking Spaces With A Concrete Block Surface For Passenger Cars;7) Construction Of A Pedestrian And Driving Route - Access To The Planned Sports Complex With A Cobblestone Surface;8) Construction Of Pedestrian Routes With A Cobblestone Surface;9) Construction Of A Fence For A Multi-Functional Pitch In The Form Of Ball Catches With A Gate;10) Construction Of A Pitch Fence With A Wicket And Gate;11) Development Of Greenery - Planting Trees (Taking Into Account Replacement Plantings Indicated In The New Felling Permit Decision) And Sowing Grass;12) Construction Of An External Rainwater Drainage System And Drainage Of The Pitches And Track Surfaces Using Drainage And Linear Drainage;13) Construction Of The W1 And W2 Stormwater Drainage Outlet To The Ditch Along With Cleaning Its Fragment;14) Construction Of The Installation Grounding And Lightning Protection.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Exact Scope And Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Is Included In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
