Subject Of The Order Entitled Reclamation Of The Karasiowy Zakątek Water Reservoir In Pogorzela, As Part Of The Project Protection Of Biological Diversity In The Brzesko Subregion, Includes Land Development In The Form Of Reclamation Of The Water Reservoir Along With The Construction Of New Small Architectural Objects In A Public Place, Repair Of Existing Equipment And Planting Trees And Shrubs. The Development Of The Area Will Consist In Particular In: - Cleaning The Pond, - Cleaning The Supply Ditch, - Dismantling Worn-Out Equipment, - Installing Small Architectural Objects - Recreational And Accompanying Devices, - Installing Photovoltaic-Powered Lighting Lanterns With Monitoring, - Repair And Maintenance Of Existing Recreational Equipment, - Repair And Maintenance Of The Floating Pier, - Resurfacing Of Alleys, - Planting. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To Swz: - Construction And Executive Design (Appendix No. 1 To Swz); - Land Development Project (Annex No. 2 To The Swz); - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Annex No. 3 To The Swz); - Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 4 To The Swz); - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 10 To The Swz). Construction Products, Products And Materials Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Resulting From Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Pn-En (Harmonized Standards).2. Materials/Trademarks/Equivalence:1) The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Products (Materials) Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Provided That They Meet All Applicable Standards, Have The Same Certificates And Are Admitted To Trading In The Eu And Have Parameters The Same Or Higher Than Those Specified In The Procurement Documents And The Manufacturing Technology Is Maintained, I.E. As A Result Of A Change In The Material, There Cannot Be A Change In The Manufacturing Technology, Which Would Result In A Change In The Technical Documentation. The Given Types And Their Characteristics Can Only Serve To Better Select Substitutes.2) In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 3) A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Ordering Partys Requirements. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Materials Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer What Materials Have Been Changed And Specify What Materials He Proposes In Their Place And Demonstrate Equivalence
