1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Organization And Comprehensive Service Of A Two-Day Event, I.E. A Conference And A B2b Meeting In Kielce On March 16-17, 2026, For 80 People, Entitled: Cooperation For Reconstruction. Świętokrzyskie Business For Ukraine Carried Out As Part Of The Świętokrzyskie For Business Project.2. The Event Will Take Place On March 16-17, 2026. The Individual Days Of The Event Include: A) Conference On March 16, 2026 For 80 People. B) B2b Meeting On March 17, 2026 For 50 People.3. The Event Participants Will Be Domestic Entrepreneurs, Foreign Entrepreneurs, Domestic And Foreign Speakers, Representatives Of: Scientific Units, Local, Regional And National Authorities Invited By The Ordering Party.4. Place Of The Event: The Place Of The Event Will Be A Hotel Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Kielce, With A Standard Of Min. Three-Star***, With A Conference Room For At Least 80 People And A Second Room For Serving Meals (E.G. Hotel Restaurant) (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 19, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities Where Hotel Services Are Provided). The Ordering Party Requires That The Conference Venue Be The Same Hotel Facility Where The Conference Guests (27 People) Will Be Accommodated, Without The Need To Go Outside.5. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specified In This Swz And The Above-Mentioned. Annex To Swz.6. The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Are Included In Appendix No. 3 To The Swz.
