5.1. The Subject Of This Order Is A Support Service For The Xpertis System Consisting In The Maintenance And Development Of The Xpertis System Implemented In Cmkp In The Areas Of Hr And Payroll, Finance And Accounting As Well As Cash/Bank, Invoicing, Ksef Service.5.2. The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1) Provision Of Services Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Point 1-2 Of The Draft Contract - Implemented On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Service Requests And Settled Within The Limit Of Service Hours, Which During The Term Of The Contract Is 300 Hours, And The Ordering Party Undertakes To Use No Less Than 150 Service Hours Within The Service Requests; 2) Provision Of Services Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Points 3-7 Of The Draft Contract - Implemented And Settled As A Lump Sum For Each Month Of Service Provision During The Contract Period; 3) Ensuring The Licenses Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Draft Agreement - With Their Continued Validity In January 2026 And January 2027, Valid Each Time For A Period Of 12 Months.5.3. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz5.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz.
