1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Implementation Of A Firewall For The Province Specialized Hospital. Blessed Virgin Mary In Częstochowa With Support For Five Years. The Order Is Planned To Be Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Program: National Recovery And Resilience Plan, Priority: Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System - Grant Part, Measure: D1.1.2. Accelerating Digital Transformation Processes In Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: The Subject Of The Order Constitutes An Indivisible Whole, Necessary To Be Performed By One Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Covers One Product Range And, Due To Its Nature, Is In Principle Indivisible. Order Aggregation Does Not Distort Competition Or Limit Access To The Order. Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Therefore Unjustified For Economic And Organizational Reasons. With The Participation Of A Larger Number Of Contractors, The Value Of The Order Would Certainly Increase By The Costs Of The Second Companys Employees. Partial Offers Would Only Be A Division Of Work Between Two Companies That Is Performed By One Company. Division Of The Order And Implementation By Several Contractors Would Result In The Risk Of Incorrect Execution Of The Order Due To Lack Of Technical Coordination In The Execution Of The Order By Several Different Contractors.
