Tenders Are Invited For Providing Nutritional Services To Patients Of The Olmedica Hospital In Olecko Sp. Z O.O.

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Patient Nutrition Services, Including: Preparing And Cooking Meals Outside The Ordering Partys Premises In Accordance With Nutritional Standards And Principles Assigned To Health Care Facilities, Taking Into Account Diets, Along With Delivering Ready-Made Meals To The Hospital At Olmedica W Olecko Sp. Z O.O. Street Gołdapska 1. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Is Included In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.4.2. The Minimum Input To The Boiler Should Be No Less Than Pln 20.00 Gross. 4.3. The Average Number (Portions) Fed In One Month Will Be Approximately 1,640 Patients (Approximately 19,680 People In A 12-Month Period). The Number Of Patients Fed On Average In One Day Is: Approximately 5-8 Children, 50-70 Adults. 4.4. The Number Of Ordered Meals Will Result From The Actual Demand, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Or Demand Financial Compensation If The Amount Is Lower (Depending On The Number Of People Currently Hospitalized).4.5. The Ordering Party Informs That The Contractor Should Maintain All Personal Hygiene Measures During The Execution Of The Contract. 4.6. The Person Responsible For The Ordering Party To Supervise The Quality Of The Service Provided Is An Epidemiological Nurse.4.7. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Entrust The Execution Of Part Or All Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In Its Offer The Part Of The Order (Scope) The Performance Of Which It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors.4.8. The Contractor And Subcontractors Undertake That The Employees Providing The Service, In Particular Employees Performing Activities Related To The Preparation And Distribution Of Meals, Will Be Employed Under An Employment Contract During The Period Of Contract Implementation Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2025.277, As Amended). Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship Are Set Out In Annex No. 2 To Swz.4.9. In Case Of Justified Doubts As To The Compliance With Labor Law By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, The Ordering Party May Request An Inspection By The State Labor Inspection.4.10. To The Extent Not Regulated By The Specification, The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of June 29, 2020 On The Types Of Documents That The Contracting Authority May Request From The Contractor In The Contract Award Procedure Shall Apply.4.11. Requirements For The Contractor Selected Through The Procedure: A) The Contractor Covers Transport Costs, Is Responsible For Proper Transport Conditions, Bears Insurance Costs During Transport And Ensures Unloading To The Destination, B) The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.4.12.
