1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Primary School. 74Th Upper Silesian Infantry Regiment In Sadów At Ul. Powstańców Śląskich 72, 42-700 Sadów. As Part Of The Energy Modernization, It Is Planned To Insulate Partitions, Replace Windows And Doors, And Modernize The Central Heating Installation. And Domestic Hot Water The Aim Of The Project Is To Improve Energy Efficiency In The Public Sector Of The Koszęcin Commune, The Central Subregion And Neighboring Communes, And To Reduce Dust And Gas Emissions Into The Atmosphere. The Task Must Be Carried Out In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Dnsh, Which Means The Principle Of Do No Significant Harm Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of The Taxonomy Regulation, The Delegated Acts Adopted Pursuant To This Regulation And The European Commissions Guidelines On The Application Of The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm In Relation To Regulation 2020/842 Of 18 June 2020 Establishing A Recovery And Resilience Facility (Oj Eu L Of 2021, No. 57, Page 17). The Regulation Sets Out The Following Environmental Objectives: • Mitigation Climate Change, • Adaptation To Climate Change, • Sustainable Use And Protection Of Water And Marine Resources, • Transition To A Circular Economy, • Pollution Prevention And Control, • Protection And Restoration Of Biodiversity And Ecosystems. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare A Pre-Demolition Audit And A List Of Waste That May Be Generated During The Implementation Of The Works, Necessary To Prepare An As-Built Report, 2) Prepare An As-Built Report Containing Information On The Implementation Of The Works Taking Into Account The Dnsh Rules.3) Carry Out The Works In A Manner And Using Machines And Devices Allowing For The Reduction Of The Emission Of Noise, Dust And Other Substances During Demolition Works, 4) Prepare Reports On Measurements Of Noise, Dust And Level Emissions. Pollution During Construction Works, The Results Of Which Will Be Included In The Post-Construction Report5) Ongoing Assessment Of Physical Climatic Threats That May Be Significant For The Building Being The Subject Of Thermal Modernization Works,6) Reading And Implementing The Recommendations For The Building Of The Primary School In Sadów, Included In The Ornithological And Chiropterological Opinion (Appendix No. 11 To Swz) In Connection With The Identified Breeding Habitats Of Protected Birds - The Sparrow Passer Domesticus And The Decision Rdoś.7) Implementation Of The Assumptions Of The New European Bauhaus During The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works - Annex No. 6 To The Regulations For Selecting Projects - New European Bauhaus2.
