Tenders Are Invited For Providing A Restaurant Service Consisting In Preparing And Serving A Hot Meal (One-Course Dinner), With The Possibility Of Consumption In The Premises, For Beneficiaries Of Cus Assistance In Kęty
Providing A Restaurant Service Consisting In Preparing And Serving A Hot Meal (One-Course Dinner), With The Possibility Of Consumption In A Premises Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Designated By The Contractor In The City Of Kęty, Along With Providing Waiter Service. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Catering Point (Dining Room) Or Provides Access To A Catering Point Located In The City Of Kęty, Due To The Nature And Method Of Providing The Service. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Meals In The Form Of A Benefit Granted By An Administrative Decision To The Residents Of The Kęty Commune, Including The Elderly And People With Disabilities. The Service Is Provided In The Form Of Eating A Meal At A Catering Point, Without Delivering Meals To The Place Of Residence. Meals May Also Be Served To Go In Specially Designed Disposable Containers (Contractors Expense) In Justified Cases. The Estimated Number Of Meals In The Period February-December 2026 Will Be Approximately 7,500. The Ordering Party Applies The Option Law. The Number Of Hot Meals Prepared And Served May Change Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By The Variability Of The Needs Of The Centers Customers. The Basic Order (7,500 Meals) May Be Reduced, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees At Least 70% Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. 5,250 Meals. Each Time, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration For The Scope Of Service Actually Provided. The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For Reducing The Number Of Meals. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claim Against The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Extend The Order As An Option. Increasing The Number Of Ordered Meals By 30%, I.E. By 2,250 Meals. Using The Option To Extend The Order Is The Ordering Partys Privilege, Depending On The Demand And Possibilities Resulting From Securing Financial Resources. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Use The Option To Extend The Order, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Financial Claim Against The Ordering Party In This Respect.
