Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Building In Order To Adapt Rooms For The Purposes Of Establishing And Operating The Social Services Center (Cus) And Adapting Rooms For People With Disabilities
The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Part Of The Ground Floor Of The Existing Public Library Building And The Adaptation Of Newly Designed Rooms For The Needs Of The Social Services Center (Cus). The Scope Of The Investment Includes The Extension Of The Ground Floor Of The Existing, Free-Standing Library Building, With Two Above-Ground Floors (Ground Floor And Attic) And A Partial Basement. The Planned Extension Is A Separate, Single-Story Structure With A Compact Block And Brick Structure, Covered With A Single-Pitch, Flat Roof With A Slight Slope, Made Using The Flat Roof Technology. As Part Of The Expansion, Two Utility Rooms For The Cus And A Vestibule Were Designed, With An Independent Entrance From The South-East. Existing Library Functions In The Rest Of The Building Remain Unchanged. After The Expansion, The Buildings Development Area Will Be 285.75 M², The Volume Will Be 1,747.46 M³, And The Usable Area Of The Building Will Be 473.45 M². The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Installation Of A Passenger Lift (Elevator) Along With The Necessary Construction, Construction And Installation Works. The Scope Of Works Includes The Construction Of A Steel Elevator Shaft And The Installation Of A Passenger Lift With A Capacity Of 630 Kg (8 People), Serving Two Above-Ground Floors (Ground Floor And Attic). The Designed Non-Passing Elevator Cabin With Dimensions 110 × 140 × 205 Cm, Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Design Documentation). The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Purchase Of Equipment For The Social Services Center. The Description And List Of Equipment Is Attached As Annex 10 To The Swz.
