The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As A Contract Engineer (Hereinafter Referred To As The Engineer Or, Alternatively, The Contractor) Consisting In Comprehensive Service Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Technical Infrastructure (Including Access Roads, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars), Landscaped Greenery And Internal Installations In Ostrowiec Św., At Hubalczyków Street, On Plot No. 33/1, 33/4, 34/1, 34/4, 35/1, 35/4 (Fig. 19, Sheet 2). When Performing His Duties, The Engineer Will Act On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Concluded Contract. The Engineers Service Will Concern The Performance Of Activities In The Scope Of The Preparatory Process Before The Commencement Of Construction Works And Warranty Liability, In Particular: Management Of The Investment Process, In Particular Organization, Supervision, Coordination And Completion Of The Entire Investment Process Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Construction Of Three Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Technical Infrastructure (Including Entrances, Access Roads, Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars), Landscaped Greenery And Internal Installations In Ostrowiec Św., At Hubalczyków Street, On Plot No. 33/1, 33/4, 34/1, 34/4, 35/1, 35/4 (Fig. 19, Sheet 2). Performing All Obligations And Activities Encumbered By The Ordering Party Under Contracts Concluded With All Participants Of The Investment Process, Related To The Management And Operation Of The Investment During Its Implementation Up To Completion And Acceptance And Its Settlement With The Contractor Of Construction Works, As Well As Obligations Arising From The Construction Law Act, Performing Investor Supervision Duties And Coordinating The Activities Of Investor Supervision Inspectors In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act, Exercised Control And Supervision Over The Performance And Course Of Warranty Inspections For Performed Works, Services And Delivered Devices And Equipment. The Engineer Will Perform His Duties Based On The Contract Concluded With The Ordering Party. The List Of The Engineers Main Tasks Is Presented In Annex No. 2 And Does Not Exclude The Performance Of Other Activities That Will Be Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Construction Contract And Securing The Interests Of The Ordering Party. The Engineer Should Provide Appropriate Executive Staff - A Team Of Highly Qualified Specialists, Industry Engineers With Appropriate Qualifications, Appropriate Knowledge And Experience, And The Ability To Perform Tasks That Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz. The Number And Selection Of Specialists Should Not Only Be Consistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Contract, But Should Be Made In A Manner Adequate To The Implementation Of All Contractual Obligations.
