The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Service Of Catching And Providing Care For Homeless Dogs From The Ciechanów Commune And Concerns Services Related To Catching Dogs And Caring For Caught And Seized Homeless Dogs. 1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Catching Homeless Dogs From The Ciechanów Commune - The Intervention Time Cannot Be Longer Than 6 Hours From Sending The Notification (During The Contractors Working Hours). An Intervention Is Considered To Be The Commencement Of Activities Related To Catching The Dog At The Place Indicated In The Report - Without Travel Time. When Reporting, The Location Of The Homeless Animal, A Description Of The Animal And Other Useful Information For Completing The Task Will Be Indicated. After Catching, The Animal Is To Be Immediately Delivered To The Shelter Run By The Contractor. In The Case Of A Dog That Has Bitten A Human, The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Activities Related To Catching A Stray Dog Within No More Than 4 Hours From Sending The Report, Catching The Dog And Delivering It To A Veterinarian For Observation. Estimated Number Of Animals To Be Caught Per Year: 40 Pieces. Quantitative Data May Change And Will Result From Actual Needs And Reports From The Commune; 2) The Service Of Catching And Taking Over Stray Dogs Into The Care Of The Shelter Will Be Carried Out Only In The Event Of A Notification Made By The Ordering Party And Will Apply To An Animal Located In The Ciechanów Commune. It Is Unacceptable To Accept Animals Without The Knowledge And Notification Of The Ordering Party; 3) Taking Over The Care Of 50 Homeless Dogs (Quantitative Data May Change - This Is The Number Of Animals Staying In The Shelter In Pawłów, Under The Care Of The Ordering Party At The Time Of Preparing The Description Of The Subject Of The Order); 4) Transporting All Animals Staying In The Shelter In Pawłów, With Which The Ordering Party Has Already Signed A Contract, At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor; 5) Providing Homeless Animals Delivered To The Shelter With Care In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: A) Sufficient Food And Constant Access To Drinking Water In Accordance With Applicable Standards, B) Rooms Or Boxes Protecting Them Against Cold, Heat And Precipitation, With Access To Daylight Enabling The Animals To Move Freely, C) Veterinary Care, Which Includes: - Quarantine, - Deworming, - Prevention, - Vaccination, - Treatment Of Dogs Staying In The Shelter (Does Not Apply To Dogs Brought After Accidents That Require Specialized Treatment), - Undergoing Castration And Sterilization Procedures, - Chipping (Enabling Quick Identification Of The Animal), - Euthanizing Blind Litters And Terminally Ill Animals After Obtaining A Veterinarians Opinion; 6) Keeping Records Of Animals Staying In The Shelter By Mandatory Implantation Of A Microchip Of Animals That Were Caught And Brought To The Shelter From The Ciechanów Commune, Including Keeping Records Of Vaccinations, Treatments,
