The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity, Including The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services - Supply Of Electricity To The Sanitary Building In The Swimming Pool Area In Żarki Letnisko At Ul. Kąpielowa 1B. The Contract Is Concluded For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Which Is The Date Of Commencement Of The Provision Of Electricity Supply Services. Scope Of Order:1. The Ordering Party Will Purchase Electricity For Its Own Needs, As An End User.2. The Estimated Electricity Demand During The Duration Of The Contract Will Be Approximately 12,000 Kwh.3. The Ordering Party Is Included In Connection Group V.4. The Connected Power Is 17 Kw.5. The Place Of Electricity Supply Is Also The Boundary Of Equipment Operation And The Place Of Delimitation Of Ownership Of The Electricity Network Of Tauron Dystrybucja Sp. Z O. O. And Installation Of The Ordering Party.6. The Current Measurement System Consists Of A Billing Meter.7. Settlement Of Liabilities Arising From Both The Sale Of Electricity And The Distribution Of Electricity Will Take Place In The C11.8 Tariff. Single-Zone Settlement Of Liabilities (Fixed Unit Prices 24 Hours A Day) Arising From Both The Sale And Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Carried Out According To One Measurement System.9. After Each Month Of Implementation Of The Subject Of Sale And Distribution Of Electricity, The Contractor Will Settle Liabilities Arising From Both The Sale Of Electricity And The Distribution Of Electricity, Based On The Readings Of The Measurement System, Using Unit Prices Given In The Offer Form, No Higher Than Those Resulting From The Contractors Current Electricity Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. The Mentioned Fees For The Supply And Distribution Of Electricity Will Be The Exclusive Fees To Be Borne By The Ordering Party.10. If The Contractor Is Not The Owner Of The Distribution Network, The Ordering Party Requires A Current Contract, Valid Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services Concluded With The Distribution System Operator Designated By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office Operating In The Area Where The Place Of Electricity Supply Is Located, Under Which The Contract Will Provide The Contractor (Seller) With The Provision Of Distribution Services To The Ordering Party (Recipient) To The Places Of Energy Supply Indicated By The Ordering Party. (I.E. To The Ordering Partys Facilities).11. The Contractor Has The Right To Change Unit Prices For The Distribution Of Electricity. The Change In Prices For Electricity Distribution Will Take Place After Changing The Fee Tariffs Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. A Change In Prices For The Distribution Of Electricity Does Not Require Notice Of The Terms Of The Contract, But Requires Prior Notice.12. The Contracto
