Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Care Services And Specialized Care Services In The Nieporęt Commune, Excluding Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services And Specialized Care Services, Excluding Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders And Neighborhood Services, Hereinafter Referred To As Services, Referred To In The Social Assistance Act Of March 12, 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214), Provided To People Requiring Assistance In Their Place Of Residence - Service Recipients Of The Municipal Center. Social Welfare In Nieporęt (Hereinafter: Gops Nieporęt), Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It.2. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Service Provision During The Contract Period Will Be 8,000 Hours. The Number Of Hours Given Is An Estimate. The Number Of Service Hours Assigned To The Contractor Will Result From Actual Needs.3. Approximately 15 Customers Will Use The Service Provided By The Contractor In Each Month Of The Contract. The Given Number Of Service Recipients Is An Estimate And Will Result From The Demand Of Service Recipients4. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Provision Of Services, And The Resulting Impossibility Of Precisely Estimating The Number Of Hours Of Services, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Expected Number Of Hours Of Services Provided And The Number Of Service Recipients Referred To In Section 2 And 3 In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party Based On Current Information Obtained During The Implementation Of The Contract.5. The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Pursue Any Claims From The Ordering Party In The Event Of Commissioning Him To Provide A Service For Less Than That Specified In Section During The Term Of The Contract. 2 And 3 The Number Of Service Recipients Or In A Shorter Period Of Time.6. The Right To Use The Service Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of An Administrative Decision For Single People And May Also Be Established For A Person Who Requires The Help Of Other People, And The Family, As Well As The Spouse, Ascendants Or Descendants Who Do Not Live Together Cannot Provide Such Help.7. The Scope Of Services For Each Person Covered By Them Will Each Time Be Specified As An Annex To The Administrative Decision Issued By The Ordering Party And Transmitted Electronically In The Form Of An Order As Part Of The Contract Concluded With The Selected Contractor.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Service Five Days A Week, From 7:00 A.M. To 8:00 P.M. In Special Cases, It Is Also Possible To Provide Services On Holidays And Public Holidays, If The Need Results From The Individual Needs Of The Client.9. The Actual Scope Of Services Provided And Their Frequency Must Be Consistent With The Ordering Partys Order.
