The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity For The Needs Of The 6Th Military Hospital With The Sp Zoz Outpatient Clinic In Dęblin, Successively Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: - Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form; - Annex No. 2 To Swz - Power Characteristics Of The Consumption Point; - Annex No. 5 To Swz - Contract Template.3. The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place On The Terms Set Out In The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And The Implementing Acts To This Act, Including: In The Field Of Certificates Of Origin Regarding Energy From Renewable Sources, As Well As The Provisions Of The Excise Duty Act Of December 6, 2008 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 126, As Amended) And The Principles Set Out In Licenses And The Provisions Of The Civil Code.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Contract Template (Annex No. 5 To The Swz) And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 2 To The Swz).5. The Estimated Demand For Electricity During The Term Of The Contract, I.E. 12 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of Energy Sales, Will Be: Approx. 471,000 Kwh 6. The Projected Electricity Consumption Specified By The Ordering Party Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase Energy In The Given Amount. The Ordering Party Reserves That It May Purchase A Larger Or Smaller Amount Of Energy Than The Forecast, In Accordance With The Actual Energy Demand During The Term Of The Contract.7. Electricity Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And The Implementing Regulations To This Act And Polish Standards.8. The Contractor May Itself Be A Balancing Entity If It Has A Current Electricity Distribution Agreement Enabling The Contractor To Trade Balance On The Balancing Market Of Sellers And Producer-Type Retail Market Participants Operating In The Area Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Competent For The Ordering Party, Or May Conclude An Agreement With Another Entity That Has A Signed Current Agreement Referred To In The First Part Of The Sentence.9. The Selected Contractor Will Prepare, Complete And Send Via The Appropriate Information Exchange Platform (Belonging To The Local Dso) Electricity Sales Notifications For The Electricity Intake Point To The Distribution System Operator - In Order To Obtain Their Positive Verification.10. In Order To Implement The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Must Have A Valid Contract Concluded, I.E. The So-Called General Distribution Agreement With The Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter: Dso), Under Which It May Sell Electricity Through The Distribution Network Of This Dso To The Consumption Point Listed In The Offer Form And Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
