The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of 50 Container Toilets Located In The City Of Rzeszów In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Size/Scope: 1) Performing Toilet Servicing According To The Following Guidelines: A) Daily: Washing, Disinfecting And Disinfecting The Inner Part Of The Cabin, In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements, And If The Tank Is Found To Be 3/4 Full During The Operation, Performing An Additional Service Consisting In Emptying Liquid Waste And Filling The Tanks With A Disinfectant And Fragrance Liquid For Container Toilets, Refilling Toilet Paper, B) Once A Week: Main Service Consisting In Emptying Septic Tanks Of Liquid Waste And Filling The Tanks With A Disinfectant And Fragrance Liquid For Container Toilets. The Service Will Be Carried Out Once A Week Over Two Days - On Thursday And Friday, According To The Division Into Housing Estates. Annex No. 2 Or On Friday, If The Contractor Declares The Possibility Of Servicing All Toilets Within One Day, C) Performing An Additional Service Within 2 Hours Of The Ordering Partys Telephone Notification, Including: Washing, Disinfecting And Disinfecting The Internal Part Of The Cabin, In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements, Emptying The Faeces Tank, Pouring Fresh Ecological Liquid, Replenishing Toilet Paper.2) Collection And Management Of Waste From Toilets By The Contractor Or Entity With Which The Contractor Has Concluded An Appropriate Agreement.3) Disposal Of Liquid Waste To The Catchment Station Using Septic Tankers That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 12, 2002. On Requirements For Septic Tankers (Journal Of Laws No. 193, Item 1617) And Road Traffic Law Regulations And Having Current Technical Tests.4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Sanitary And Environmental Protection Regulations.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Ecological Agents For Washing And Disinfecting Container Toilets.6) The Ordering Party May Commission The Contractor To Provide Additional Services In Detail Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Price Form Included In The Offer Form.
