The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Provision Of Chimney Sweeping Services In The Years 2026/2027 In Residential And Commercial Buildings Owned By The City Of Słupsk, Administered By Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej Sp. Z O. O. In Słupsk. The Scope Of Services Includes: - Removal Of Contaminants From Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts, Together With The Removal And Disposal Of Contaminants And Soot In Accordance With The Waste Act Of December 14, 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, No. 1587, As Amended) - Cleaning Of Solid Fuel-Fired Combustion Ducts - At Least Once Every Three Months Within 1 Year, During Contract; - Cleaning Of Furnace Ducts Fired With Liquid And Gaseous Fuels - At Least Once Every 6 Months During 1 Year, During The Term Of The Contract; - Cleaning Of Ventilation Ducts Once A Year, During The Term Of The Contract - Carrying Out A Periodic Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Smoke, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts, Together With Issuing Appropriate Recommendations/Opinions Regarding: - Identifying The Causes Of Malfunction Of Heating And Chimney Devices; - Removing The Indicated Place Of Leakage Chimney Duct; - Switching The Combustion, Exhaust And Ventilation Ducts To Other Ducts With An Indication Of The Duct To Which They Should Be Switched; - Correctness Of Ventilation And Equipment Connections To The Ducts, Made After An Opinion Issued By Another Plant, Regardless Of The Number Of Connections, - Correctness Of Ventilation And Equipment Connections To The Ducts, Regardless Of The Number Of Connections. - As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform The Following Services At The Request Of The Ordering Party: - Unblocking The Duct Chimney Without Drilling Auxiliary Holes; - Clearing Debris And Unblocking Chimney Flues Or Removing Bird Nests With Drilling Auxiliary Holes - X-Raying Chimney Flues With A Specialized Tv Camera, - Installing Fall/Inspection Doors, - Mechanical Cleaning Of The Chimney Flue To Remove Hard Glassy Or Tarry Soot, - Preparing A Chimney Inspection Opinion To Determine The Method And Type Of Heating That Can Be Used In The Premises. - Selecting Soot From Chimney Duct Using An Industrial Vacuum Cleaner - Preparing An Inventory Of The Chimney Duct. Services Referred To In Point 5.2.6. Will Be Performed By The Contractor On The Basis Of Separate Orders, And Their Number Depends On The Needs.
