A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex A To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended). The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 4-Year, Non-Exclusive License To Use The Software For Managing Study Program Documentation, Counting From The Date Of Awarding The Order, I.E. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Contractor Provides Maintenance Services For The Licensed Software During The License Period (4 Years). The Ordering Party Reserves That All Proper Names Of Materials (Products) Provided In The Swz Or Another Document Integral With The Swz Are Not Intended To Violate The Public Procurement Law, But Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. This Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Minimum Operational, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And That The Contractor Provide The Companies Of The Subcontractors. 3.7. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.
