The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance, Maintenance And Operation Services For Road Lighting In The Rudniki Commune In A Way That Ensures Technical Efficiency In Accordance With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence And Currently Applicable Legal Provisions In The Scope Including (Appendix No. 6 To Swz): The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance, Maintenance And Operation Of Road Lighting In The Area Of The Rudniki Commune Ii. The Number Of Lighting Points And Their Location Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract. The Scope Of Activities That Are The Subject Of The Contract, Without Repairs Of Damage And Damage Caused By Third Parties, In Particular Includes: 1) Technical Inspection Of The Lighting Infrastructure With The Participation Of The Ordering Party Once A Year. 2) Carrying Out The Required Measurements Of The Lighting Infrastructure To The Extent And With The Frequency Provided For By Applicable Regulations. 3) Replacement Of Faulty Led Luminaires, With The Cost Of Repairing Or Purchasing A New Luminaire Remaining With Of The Ordering Party.4) Locating And Repairing Damage To The Cable And Overhead Lines, Replacing Damaged Line Sections.5) Maintaining The Terminal And Fuse Boards Of Lighting Poles In Technical Order, Preventing Access To The Pole Recesses By Unauthorized Persons, And Replacing Damaged Closures Of The Pole Recesses.6) Maintaining The Technical Efficiency Of Lighting Fixtures By Replacing Their Individual Elements (Chokes, Ignition Systems, Capacitors, Etc.)7) Replacement Of Damaged Power Cables In Poles And Booms.8) Replacement Of Damaged Elements Securing Lighting Fixtures And Adapting The Protection To The Power Consumption. 9) Ongoing Inspection And Maintenance Of Lighting Switchboards In Good Technical Condition By Maintaining Them And Replacing Damaged Control And Safety Elements. 10) Inspection And Regulation Of Lighting Switching On And Off Times And Replacing Damaged Elements Of Control Devices. Changing The Time Of Switching The Lighting On And Off Twice A Year.11) Renewing And Supplementing Missing Information Signs On Poles, Lanterns And Control And Safety Cabinets.12) Keeping The Fixtures Properly Clean. Cleaning The Fixtures Each Time The Light Source Is Replaced.13) Removing Colliding Tree Branches Within The Lighting Fixtures.14) Successive Replacement Of Astronomical Clocks In Control Cabinets.
