1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is 24-Hour Technical Service, Technical Inspections, Maintenance, Troubleshooting And Repairs Of The Fire Protection System In The Following Facilities Of The Ordering Party Located In Warsaw: 1) Main Building At Ul. Stefana Batorego 5 - Block D, E, F;2) Building At Ul. Adolfa Pawińskiego 17/21 – Lipsk 1;3) Building At Ul. Adolfa Pawińskiego 17/21 – Lipsk 2;4) Building At Ul. Adolfa Pawińskiego 17/21 – Hala;5) Building At Ul. Taborowa 33A – Warehouse;6) Building At Ul. Domaniewska 36/38;7) Building At Al. Jana Chrystiana Szucha 2/4;8) Building At Ul. Rakowiecka 2A – Archive;9) Building At Ul. Rakowiecka 2A – Pass Office.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Includes: 1) 24-Hour Technical Service, Technical Inspections, Maintenance Activities And Troubleshooting Of Fire Alarm Systems And Devices Controlled By Them, In Accordance With: A) § 3 Section 2 And 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Construction Facilities And Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 822, As Amended), B) Technical And Operational Documentation Of The Installation, C) Guidelines For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Installation, D) Manufacturers Instructions, As Well As Ad Hoc Works Consisting In Removing Damage Caused During The Operation Of Fire Alarm Systems; 2) Repairs Of Fire Alarm Systems And Devices Controlled By Them, Which Include, Among Others: A) Gravitational Smoke Extraction Installations, Mechanical Staircases, B) Fire Door Control Installations, Including Fire Doors, C) Fire Dampers, And The Repairs Must Be Performed In Such A Way That The Fire Protection System Functions In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Documentation, Guidelines And Instructions Referred To In Point 1.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Agreement, The Draft Of Which Is Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including Opz.4. The Subject Of The Agreement Consists Of The Basic Scope And The Scope Covered By Renewal And Option Rights.5. The Basic Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Includes 24-Hour Technical Service, Technical Inspections, Maintenance And Troubleshooting And Repairs Of The Fire Protection System Referred To In Section 1 And 2, Within The Deadline Specified In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Agreement.6. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement Covered By The Renewal And Option Rights, As Well As The Rules For Activating The Renewal And Options, Are Regulated In § 2 Of The Draft Agreement.
