The Subject Of The Order Is The Successful Delivery Of Frozen Food For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Establishments In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship And Zdrowo-Cyfrowo In Kindergarten Ii, The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1 - Successful Delivery Of Frozen Foods For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Complex Of Provincial Institutions In Rzeszów, Including The Following Projects: Rap Steam - Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools In The Podkarpackie Voivodeship And Zdrowo-Digitalowo In Kindergarten Ii - To The Training Center And School Youth Hostel In Czudec, Ul. Rzeszowska 822. Requirements For Packaging And Labeling: The Ordering Party Requires That All Delivered Products Be Packed In Original, Factory-Sealed, Tight And Undamaged Unit Packaging. Packaging Must Be: Dry, Clean, Without Signs Of Mechanical Damage, Free From Foreign Odors, Dirt And Signs Of Mold Growth, Made Of Materials Approved For Contact With Food, Adapted To The Conditions Of Storage And Transport Of The Products Frozen, Ensuring Protection Against Contamination And Mechanical Damage. Each Unit Package Must Be Marked In Polish, In A Permanent And Legible Manner. The Label Must Contain The Following Information: Product Name, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer Or Supplier, Number Of The Standard Or Other Reference Document (E.G. Quality Specification), Net Weight, Date Of Production, Expiry Date, Storage Temperature, Required Storage Method (E.G. Indication Of The Need To Use A Freezer Or Cold Store), Clear Information: Deep-Frozen Product - If Applicable, Clear Information: Do Not Freeze Again” – If Applicable, Other Information Required By Applicable Law,3. Requirements Regarding The Quality And Durability Of Products: Products Must Be Properly Frozen And Must Not Show Signs Of Thawing Or Re-Freezing. Products Must Have A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 4 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office. The Ordering Party Allows The Presence Of Glaze In Frozen Products In An Amount Not Exceeding 20% ​​Of The Surface Of A Given Product.4.
