The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Fluids For The District Public Care And Treatment Facility In Brzesko In The Period From February 2026 To February 2028. The Ordering Party Will Order Fluids Listed In Annex No. 4 For The Purposes Of Treatment And Care Of Patients, The Type Of Disease Entities Diagnosed By A Doctor In Patients Currently Staying At The Facility And The Stage Of Disease Advancement. The Specified Assortment May Be Expanded, Depending On The Needs, To Include Other Occasionally Needed Liquids. Successive Ordering Of Goods Specifying The Quantity And Assortment Will Take Place By Telephone Or E-Mail. Liquids Will Be Delivered 3 Times A Week Within 24 Hours From The Date Of Notification Of This Fact To The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Goods At His Own Expense. The Goods Will Be Accepted At The Ordering Partys Warehouse, After Checking The Quantity And Type Of The Delivered Batch Of Liquids.
