1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Creation And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) Located In The Commune Or At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km In A Straight Line From The Borders Of The Wąsosz Commune To Which The Contractor Has Legal Title (E.G. Ownership, Perpetual Usufruct, Lease Or Rental Agreement) For The Duration Of The Contract And Management Of The Collected Waste For Municipal Installations Or Recovery Installations Or Waste Disposal, In Accordance With The Waste Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), In Order To Accept Separately Collected Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Located In The Wąsosz Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
