4.1 The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of An Order For The Provision Of Transport Services Including The Transport Of Students To The Primary School In Wiązownica, Along With The Provision Of Care During Transport And Drop-Off In 2026. Transport Of Students From The Area Of Nielepkowice To The Primary School In Wiązownica, Together With The Provision Of Care During Transport And Drop-Off. Route No. 1 - Transport Of 34 Students In The First Half Of 2026 And 34 Students In The Second Half Of 2026 On The Nielepkowice - Wiązownica School Route; - 7 Km4.2 Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Principles And Obligations Arising From Generally Applicable Law, In Particular: The Act Of September 6, 2001. On Road Transport (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1539, As Amended), The Act Of December 16, 2010 On Public Collective Transport (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2778, As Amended), The Act Of November 15, 1984, Transport Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2778, As Amended), Of 2024, Item 1262, As Amended) And The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended).4.3 The Contractor Who Will Provide The Transport Service Will Be Obliged To Secure An Appropriate Number Of Means Of Transport With An Appropriate Number Of Seats, Adapted To The Number Of Transported Persons.4.4 Vehicles Intended For Orders Must Be Marked, Registered, Have Current Technical Tests, Have Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance And Meet The Requirements Necessary For Admission To Road Traffic.4.5 The Contractor Must Have A Permit To Perform Regular Special Passenger Transport In National Road Transport In The Area Of The Wiązownica Commune.4.6 In The Event Of A Bus Breakdown, The Contractor Will Immediately, But No Later Than Within 1 Hour From The Occurrence Of The Failure, Provide A Bus That Meets The Appropriate Technical Requirements For Road Traffic. If The Transport Cannot Be Carried Out, The Contractor Will Additionally Cover The Transport Costs Resulting From The Provision Of The Service By A Substitute Entity Selected By The Ordering Party. 4.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Insurance Policy Against The Consequences Of Accidents And Civil Liability For The Duration Of This Contract.4.8 The Contractor Undertaking The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Obliged To Perform The Task Based On Applicable Regulations, By A Contractor With Appropriate Experience, Authorizations And Potential, As Well As Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Professional Experience.4.9 The Contractor Is Obliged To Calculate And Perform All Services Necessary To Achieve The Expected Result.4.10 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Swz, The Submitted Offer And Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, Standards And Norms, Using Our Own Resources Or Through Subcontracting.
