5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Cooking And Delivery Of Soups, Two-Course Lunches And Hot Meals For The Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Radomsko. Armii Krajowej 1A/11 And A Maximum Of 30 Soups With Inserts And Bread To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Addresses In The City Of Radomsko) For Residents Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center With The Weight Of The Soup - 500 Ml, The Weight Of The Insert - 10 Dkg And The Weight Of The Bread (Roll Or Bread) - 80 Grams According To The Attached Menu Attached No. 9 To Swz.5.1.2 Scope Ii Of The Order - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Form Of Preparation And Delivery To The Daily Social Welfare Home In Radomsko At Ul. Armii Krajowej 1A/11 Two-Course Dinners For Ddps Residents In Accordance With The Attached Menu Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, The Recipe For Lunch Dishes (Appendix No. 1 To The Menu), The Appropriate Weight Of Lunch Dishes (Appendix No. 2 To The Menu) And Additional Information (Appendix No. 3 To The Menu) And Soups Without Inserts. 5.1.3 Scope Iii Orders - The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Form Of Preparation And Delivery Of Hot Meals For The Residents Of The Senior+ Day Home Located In Radomsko At Ul. Sadowa 5 In Accordance With The Attached Menu Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Appropriate Weight Of Lunch Dishes (Appendix No. 1 To The Menu) And Additional Information (Appendix No. 2 To The Menu). The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Menus Indicated By The Ordering Party, Changing Cyclically Every 3 Weeks During The Month, Repeating The Meals Indicated In The Menu Every 12 Days. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Meals Specified In The Menu Be Followed In The Order In Which They Are Served. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Menus Two Weeks In Advance (Every Other Friday) To The Daily Social Welfare Home In Radomsko At Ul. Armiikrajowej 1A/11. Within Scope I And Ii, Meals Should Be Delivered Every Day Of The Week From Monday To Saturday (Except Holidays Falling On These Days), Unless The Ordering Party Specifies These Days Separately In Hours; A) Scope Of I Order - Soups With Inserts At From 08.30 - 09.30;• Estimated Number Of Soups With Inserts - From 41 To 50 Per Day. B) Scope Of The Second Order - Two-Course Dinners From From 11.00 - 11.30.• Estimated Number Of Two-Course Dinners - From 360 To 395 Per Month.• Estimated Number Of Soups Only - 60 Soups Per Month. Within Scope Iii, Meals Should Be Delivered Every Day Of The Week From Monday To Friday (Except Holidays Falling On These Days), Unless The Ordering Party Specifies These Days Separately In Hours: C) Scope Iii Of The Order - Hot Dish On Hours From 12.00 - 12.30;• Estimated Number Of Meals - From 400 To 420 Per Month.
