The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Multi-Family Building: - 5 Above-Ground Floors, - 1 Underground Floor, - Total Area 4,505.00 M2, - Gross Volume 14,048.00 M3, - 70 Residential Premises, Including 4 Premises Adapted For People With Disabilities, - Elevator, Photovoltaic Installation, Internal Water Installations: Cold Water And Domestic Hot Water, Sanitary Sewage, - Internal Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, Internal Gas Installation;2) Land Development, Including: 70 Parking Spaces Made Of Cobblestones, Internal Road Made Of Cobblestones, Sidewalks Made Of Cobblestones, Access To The Area Investment With Gravel Surface - Construction Of External Technical Infrastructure: External Power Installation, Low-Voltage Installations, Area Lighting, External Telecommunications Installation (Telecommunication Ducting), - Development Of Greenery (Plantings), 3) Construction Of Water And Sanitary Sewage Connections, 4) Gas Connection, 5) Equipment And Finishing Of Bathrooms And Kitchens In Residential Premises, 6) Finishing Of Apartments And Common Areas. 3.
