1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Cloakroom Complex In The Oborniki Recreation Center Building. 2. It Is Planned To Replace The Finishing Materials, Floors, Walls And Ceilings, Hpl Panels And Introduce A Minor Change In The Arrangement Of Permanent Buildings. In The Cloakroom Area, The Finishing Of The Floor, Changing Cabins, Plinths Under The Cabinets, And Wall Tiles In Other Places Will Be Replaced. It Is Also Planned To Install New Sewage Inlets, Which Will Make It Easier To Keep Clean. Existing Painted Surfaces Should Be Repainted (Walls And Ceiling). During The Renovation, Existing Elements And Devices (Cabinets, Mechanical Ventilation Devices, Sockets, Switches) That Are Not Subject To Demolition And/Or Replacement Should Be Cleaned And Protected Against Damage And Dirt. Detailed Scope: 1) Demolition Of The Indicated Partition Walls And Erection Of New Partitions Made Of Hpl Boards, 2) Removal Of Floors In The Cloakroom, Showers And Lock/Corridor Areas And Demolition Of Brick Walls; 3) Design And Construction Of New Sewage Floor Inlets In The Cloakrooms, Including Linear Inlets, And Therefore Design Of New Floor Slopes To The Extent Consistent With The Documentation Drawing, Using Materials Appropriately Selected For The Floor Slopes And Mortar Thickness,4) Replacement Of Wall And Floor Coverings (Shower Zone),5) Note: Moving The Hydrant To Another Room (In Order To Comply With The 2013 Project Expansion Of The Swimming Pool Facility In Oborniki With New Forms Of Recreation In Terms Of Fire Safety) Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Order,6) Replacement Door Joinery With New Aluminum (3 Pcs.), Resistant To Moisture And The Development Of Bacteria, Viruses And Molds,7) Dismantling The Existing Suspended Ceiling And Installing A New One, Resistant To Moisture, Bacteria And Fungi (Room 18),8) Painting Ceilings And Walls With Washable Paint Intended For The Interior Of Wet Rooms, White (Other Places Covered By The Documentation),9) Making Linings From Hpl Boards On Steel Substructure (Hall/Foyer Area).4.
