Tenders Are Invited For Equipment For Organizational Units Of The City And Commune Of Grabów Nad Prosną In Power Generators As Part Of The Cybersafe Local Government Project

1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Power Generators Along With The Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation For Four Organizational Units In The City And Commune Of Grabów Nad Prosną, I.E.: 1) Task 1: Primary School In Bukownica, Bukownica 39, 63-520 Bukownica; 2) Task 2: Primary School In Marszałki, Marszałki 30, 63-520 Grabów Nad Prosną;3) Task 3: Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Grabów Nad Prosną, Ul. Kaliska 22, 63-520 Grabów Nad Prosną; 4) Task 4: Primary School In Grabów Nad Prosną, Ul. Szkolna 1, 63-520 Grabów Nad Prosną.2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes, Among Others: Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Along With The Execution Of The Necessary Documentation And Electrical Installation Works, As Well As Training In The Operation Of The Installed Device For Employees Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. 2 For Each Organizational Unit Where The Power Generator Will Be Installed. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unregenerated, Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Persons Or Third Parties And Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Come From The Manufacturers Legal Sales Channel. The Equipment Should Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. The Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For The Transport Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Unloading Of The Order And Related Costs Rest With The Contractor. The Contractor Will Secure The Subject Of The Agreement During Transport In The Following Way: Delivery Items Will Be Delivered In Original Packaging, Additionally Protected Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Equipment, With All Necessary Instructions For Use, Certificates Of Compliance Required By Law And Warranty Documents In Polish. 4. Note: The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Utilities To Operate The Facilities For The Duration Of The Assembly Works On His Own And At His Own Expense.5. The Task Is Carried Out With Funding From External Sources. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform All Preparatory Works, Fencing The Construction Site With A Temporary Fence, Cleaning Works, Maintaining The Construction Site, Preparing A Bioz Plan, Organizing The Construction Site, Providing Surveying Services, Resuming Surveying Marks In The Event Of Their Destruction, Damage Or Displacement During The Works, Fulfilling The Conditions Specified In The Opinions Of The Authorities, Arrangements, Decisions, Performing All Research A
