1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Task Called: Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For The Gózd Commune Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003. On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Items 1130, 1907, 1940; Of 2025, Items 527, 680) And Regulations And Special Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Etc. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Approximately 800 Projects. Decision. The Given Quantities Are Only Intended To Approximate The Size Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Will Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Declares That He Consents And Waives Any Claims For Quantitative Changes During The Implementation Of The Agreement And Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Agreement By The Ordering Party. The Final Number Of Draft Decisions Will Depend On The Number Of Applications Received By The Commune Office In Gozd By December 31, 2026. 3.
