Flash Point Not Lower Than 56 °C Density At 15°C Not Higher Than 0.86 G/Ml Pour Point Not Higher Than -20 °C Kinematic Viscosity At 20°C Not Higher Than 6 Mm2/S Fractional Composition Up To 250°C Distils Not More Than 65%(V/V) Fractional Composition Up To 350°C Distils Not Less Than 85 %(V/V) Water Content Not More Than 200 Mg/Kg Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.1 %(M/M) Solid Foreign Matter Content Not More Than 24 Mg/Kg Residue After Coking In 10% Pos. Dest. Not Higher Than 0.3%(M/M) Residue After Ash Not Higher Than 0.01%(M/M) Red Color 2. In The Event Of Changes In Standards And Minimum Quality Requirements, The Delivery Item Should Have A Quality That Takes Into Account Such Changes From The Date Of Their Application.3. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, In Stages, According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Quantities Designated By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of A Telephone Order Confirmed By E-Mail, Placed With The Delivery Time Resulting From The Submitted Offer, But No Longer Than 4 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order.4. A One-Time Delivery Of Oil Will Be Ordered In The Range Of 5,000-10,000 Liters. 5. Deliveries Can Be Made On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. Business Days Are Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays. Delivery Must Take Place In The Presence Of The Ordering Partys Representative. The Ordering Party Reserves That In Exceptional Situations, Deliveries May Be Made On Non-Working Days, Only With The Consent Of Both Parties And Without Additional Gratification. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of Fuel Oil By Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose, I.E. A Tanker Truck Equipped With Certified Measuring Devices. Oil Will Be Accepted In Actual Quantities (Temperature), With Its Quantity Controlled Based On The Flow Meter Readings. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Production Of A Certificate Of Legalization Of The Tanker Truck Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed In The Tanker Truck From Which The Fuel Oil Will Be Unloaded. Quality Certificates Of The Delivered Fuel Oil Will Be Submitted With Each Delivery, No Later Than With The Invoice. 7. Moreover, Each Delivery Must End With The Approval Of The Transaction Code, Which Will Be Made Available To The Contractor By The Ordering Party.
